Official information has been received from Derby that ralbs of gold arrived there under escort from Kimberley Goldfield. Many diggers who returned from the fields have been disappointed because they arrived there without being properly equipped. -Those, how-> ever, now on the field are reported to be earning more than wages.
[PRR PB'SHS ASSOCIATION.! Auckland, September 23. By the Tarawara a number of Ancklandera returned from Kimberley. They give discouraging accounts of the goldfields.
