[Before Mr H. 0. S. Biddeley, R.M] CIVIL CASES. Gibson v. Cole, claim £5, and Cole v. Gibson, claim £l2 6a—These cases were con-hided shortly nf er we went to press yesterday. John Gibson, F. Lowe, and Rosanna Burns gave evidence in support of Mrs Gibson’s claim. In the case Gibson v. Cote, judgment was given for defendant, and in the case Cole v. Gibson, judgment for plaintiff for £2 16s, to be reduced to £2s Is on the return of certain pigs, and costs amounting to about £B. Tue Court then rose.
