The Old Soulier* Commission. Majors Crow and Uudgeon this morning commenced sitting as a Boyal Commission to investigate the claims of Imperial soldiers and sailors and old volunteers for land. The Board of Education has resolved to receive a deputation representing all brarches of Ihe temperance organisation regarding the giving of ecient’fic temperance instructions as part of the regular coarse in public schools.
