General Kaulbars, who has arrived in this city, has presented an ultimatum to the Regency, demanding the adjournment of the elections for the Grand Assembly, also that those persons who had been imprisoned fi r complicity in the arrest and deposition of Prince Alexander shall be released forthwith.
