In an official notification of his appointment - it was stated his mission is to gnide Bulgaria out of her troubles. Sofia, September 16The Bulgarian National Assembly - opened yesterday. The Address of the Regency appeals for the support of all parties and religions. It announces that at an early date a great assembly will be summoned for the purpose of electing a Prince. The Russian Government replying to a communication from the Regency announcing its establishment, bas agreed to recognise the Regency providing that that body maintain order in the country, and will endeavour to promote union between Roumelia and Bulgaria. Russia advises delay in the election of a Prince until public feeling shall have calmed down. Sofia, September 18 The National Assembly has issued a notification of the establishment of a Regency in Bulgaria, and denouncing the authors of the deposition and removal of Prince Alexander. Constantinople, September 18The Powers have replied to a drenlar note of the Porte inviting them to take action in preventing armed intervention in Bulgaria.
