In the second spell tbe local men ran th-oogh the oihers, and kept them continually on tho defensive, varied by short bursts on tho part cf the Sydney players. Some six or seven tries w.re obtained but only oi e was allowed, from wh'ch no goal was kicked. Moorhouse, however, potted a fine goal thirty yards in front of the p- at, making a t dal score of 18 points to ml, The Australians seemed stale, and played without much dash.
