Aq exchange notes that the scarcity of cattle in Australia has caused a smart rise in the value of both fattand store stock in the principal markets. At Melbourne fat cattle have sold op to £22 a head, whole lines selling at £ls to £l9 a head. Store cattle have been sold in mobs up to £tp a head for good forward bullocks.
