Conspirators employed by the Czar raised a severe war scarce in Bulgaria which bad the effect of inducing Prince Alexander to send regiments devoted to his interest to the frontier. The Queen forwarded telegraphic enquiries as the Prince’s whereabouts from London to Tirnova, bnt received no reply. London, August 25 There is great excitement here in consequence of news received that the movements of tbs Russian troops in the direction of the Bulgarian frontier ate assuming a menacing aspect. Prince Alexander it is said has been kidnapped by Rnssian agents.
