Mr E. Q-. Staveley (for N.Z.L. and M. A. Company, Limited) reports on Tinwtli •ale on 31st instant :—About 1000 sheep and few cattle and pigs yarded. Attendance small, and business slack. Mixed ages, crossbred ewes, in lamb, made 7s 91, aged and poor do 5?, aged merino do, in low condition, 3s, small crossbred lambs, 3s 9d to 4s 6d No fat sheep sold. Bacon pigs brought 31s. A few cattle sold at current values.
