BOLLOCK has received instructions to SELL BY PUBLIC AUCTION, on the above date, at the HOMESTEAD, ORTON GREEN FARM, Situated in the Upper Ashburton Road District, about 10 miles from the town of Ashburton, and about 6 miles from the Lyndhurst Railway Station, Methven line, the whole of the Freehold Properties in the estate of the late Mr Wm. Bland, also Live and Dead Stock, as follows, viz : THE HOMESTEAD FARM, of 200 acres, well watered, healthfully situated on the banks of the Ashburton wheat, 10 acres in oats, the remainder laid down in English grasses), being R.
