FATAL ACCIDENT.

Yesterday morning a man named J »mes Wests way, a recent arrival from home, in tha employ of Mr John Grigg, waa cleaning oat Mr Grigg’s cattle yards at Flemington with a scoop drawn by two horses when the animals bolted, , Weataway, in endeavoring to restrain them, was knocked down and the scoop passed oyer his body, Ho got up and said that he was allright, but shortly afterwards ho was taken 111 and Dr Ross wao sent for. The unfortunate jnan, however, continued to sink *nd died at seven o’clock thia morning. The cause of death was rnptore of the bowels. An Inquest was not considered necessary.
