The cricket match—*u traliam v Past and Present Cambridge University —commenced at Leyton to-day. The Home team went in first, and remained at the wickets all day. When the stumps were drawn the score stood at 311, with seven wickets down. The moat successful batsmen were H. E. Sherlock, 46 ; 0. D. Buxton, 33; and C. W. Rock (not out) with 75 to his credit.
