HORSE MARKET.
Mr T. Bullock reports for the fortnight ending Saturday, August 21; On account of the Inclemency of the weather, fewer horses have been brought forward for sale than for soma time past, and thoso entered were only of a medium stamp, no first-class draughts being offered. Medium draughts, rather light, realised £l2 to £ls ; light harness horses, •>f a good stamp, £lO 10a to £l2 ; inferior, £6 to £8 ; a fairly good upstanding harness horse brought £l2, and another, suitable for a town carrier, £9 10a; hacks, inferior, £1 15a to £5 15a. Sundries.—A spring dray, in good order, fetched £l6 10a ; sot of harness, £4 st; harrows, £3 17s 6d, Land, etc—On Saturday, 14th inst., I sold 131 acres near Tinwald, being R.S. 1997, 20366, andothorg, at £7 15i per acre. Also, throe lots at the Hinds, viz., lot 70, containing acre, £ls 5a ; lots 71 and 72, each {i-aore, at £ll 5a each, and privately 1 e fid lot 47, containing i-acre, on the East Town Balt, for £3O.
