Consols remain at New Zealand securities remain at last quotations. The weekly retn.ns of the Bank of England show the total reserve in •notes and bullion to be ;£x 2,300,000, an increase of half a million during the week- The proportion of resetve to liabilities has risen flora 42 to 44 per ppnt. The Bank rate remains at 3 and the market rate 2 per cent. Colonial breadstuff's continue at yesterday’s increased quotation.
