The Marine Board’s Decision. [rKTDER’s TELEGRAMS —COPYRIGHT. ] Sydney, August 10 The Marine Board has announced its decision in connecsion with the enquiry into the Ly ee-Moo« disaster. The certificate of Captain Webber has been cancelled, and that of the third officer, Mr Folheringhani, has been suspended for one year.
