T HEREBY give notice that in accordonce with section No 94 of “ The Pnblic Works Act, 1882,” the Rangitata Road Board propose to c’ose that road in the Shepherd’s Bush Survey Disl>iet, which commences at the south-eastern boundary of R. S. 27783, and extends northerly to the northern most corner of B.S. 32801 ; and that the plan showing the said road is open for public inspection at the Rangitata Road Board Office 0. J.
