Withdrawal of French Troops.

London, July 29. It. is announced that as a result of the parleying which has been proceeding between the British and French Governments, the latter expressed its readleess to order the withdrawal of all French troops from the New Hebrides as soon as the fpret* t emergency has passed. ;
