Mount Hutt Road Board v. Sydenham Borough Council. —Claim, £4 9s Id, for rates on reserve No. 2370 Mr Purnell for the plaintiffs Mr Alison, the Sydenham Town Clerk, represented the defendants. Mr Allison raising a technical objection to the form of notice, plaintiffs were nonsuited (At this stage Mr D. Cameron, J- , Springfield, took his seat on the Bench.; R Patton v A. McCormick.— Claim £7 14s for chaff Mr Purnell for plaintiff, Mr Cuthbertson for defendant Judgment for plaintiff for amount claimed and costs. . R Patton v. D. Thompson.—Claim, £5 15s, for board. Mr Purnell for plaintiff. Judgment for amount claimed and costs ~ Morgan and Hibbsv W. B McDonald —Claim, £8 14s 2d Judgment by default for amount claimed and costs The Court then rose
