RULES AND REGULATIONS. 1. No entry will be received esespt on the condition that all disputes, claims, and objections arising out of the racing shall bo decided by the Stewards, or whom they may appoint ; their decision on all points connected with carrying out this programme to bo final. 2. A district horse shall mean any horee that has been commonly resident in the district lying between the rivers Selwyn and Waitaki from July Ist 1886, and up to the da*e cf the forthcoming meeting and owned by a person who has resided in the said district doting the same period. 3. Five per cent will he deducted from the gross of all moneys payable in accordance with this programme for expenses of the course. 4. All nominations and acceptances go to the funds of the Club.
