FIRE AT LYTTELTON.
Christchuuoh, July 21. The residence of the Rov E E, Chambers, at Dampier Bay, Lyttelton, was destroyed by fire this afternoon. The building is owned by Mrs Rodgers, a widow. The occupants wore away at the time, and very little furniture was saved. The furniture was insured tor £2OO in the National office. The cause of the fire is unknown.
