Weights for the first day’s handicaps will bo declared on Monday November 15 1886. Weights for the second day’s handicaps will be declared at 9 o’clock on the evening of the first day’s racing. ACCEPTANCES. Acceptances for the first day’s handicaps must bo made to the Secretary not later than 9 p.m. on Monday, November 22, 1886.
