[REUTER’S TKLEQ SAMS COPTBIQHT.J Sydney, July 35. In the Legislative Assembly a Bill, giving effect to a resolution in favor of the grant to Sir John Robertson, was read a third time, and passed. A motion, tabled by Sir Henry Partes, formally challenging the ruling of the Speaker as to the legality of last Friday’s sitting, came up for discussion, and, on a division, the motion was negative.
