Deceased was very drunk, and going towards the reclaimed land in the direction of the Manawatu Railway Station.
Later. Jobs Roberts has been arrested on suspicion of causing the death of Edward Mullens. He was charged at the Magistrate’s Court this morning and remanded until the afternoon.
