Government Provisions.
[REUTER’S TELEGRAMS COPYRIGHT. ] Melbourne, June 26. JJnDeakin, Colonial Secretary, has 9tiuced a Bill into the Legislative Assembly to deal with the question of irrigation. The measure provides for the irrigation of 3,250,000 acres under Government control, and 3,800,000 acres under water trusts.
