WINE DUTIES.
The Spanish Convention. [Reuter’s xex.ecrams—copyright] London, Jnne 13. In the House of Commons to-day, a Bill was read a second lime authorising the admission of wines of 30 degrees alcoholic strength at one shilling per gallon duty, as provided by the Convention recently concluded with Spain.
