Adelaide, June 10

The trial of Mr Lyallj late manager of the Commercial Bank of South Australia, at Yankalilla, alleged to have stolen a large sura of notes from the Bank in March last, concluded to-day, when, after hearing the evidence, the prisoner was acquitted.
