The Orphans sailed tc-3ay for' Port Derby. A large number assembled on the wharf to see the Intending diggers of£ Wellington, June 7.
A number o* diggers, principally from the West Coast, left to-day by the Bs. Hauroto for Sydney, e« route for Kimberley. An aljourned meeting of persons desirous of going to Kimberley was held to* night. Very little enthusiasm was shown, and it was decided that any of those wishing to go should pay down half the passage money at once, and the balance in a day or two. It la not expected that there will be any great response.
