Dunedin, Jane 3. Charles Miller, expressman, who was injured by the alone from the blast in Dowling street, has served a writ on the Corporation, claiming £503 damages. Inglis (Timnra) takes a medal and first place in natural history, and firstclass honors in chemistry and anatomy. F. Turby King (Taranaki) and F. H. Jeffcoat are both considered as having an excellent chance of gaining for the year tho highest distinction the school can give.
