On A pro 20 last he bought tv o horses from Kiulay ; lUcße were the horae*. specified in tin ■laim. Witness gave £2O for the two horses and harness. At this stage Mr White asked for th. production of the receipt which the wit ness said he had given him by Kinlay t appearing that it was in Christchurch, and a material witness for the plaintiil l e iD S absent, it waa decided to adjourn the case until Friday.
