THE HOME RULE BILL.
[Ret; tee’s telegrams—copyright] London, June 2. The debate in the House of Commons on tne Irish question was continued last night, when Sir Wm. Vernon Harcourt, Chancellor of the Exchequer, spoke. He affirmed that the country generally sanctioned the principal of the Bill, which he stated would be carried out although the present Government might be destroyed. The Arms Extension Bill was passed yesterday by the House of Lords.
