Excited Debate.
London, May 20.
An excited debate took place during Friday night and yesterday morning in the House of Commons on Mr Gladstone's tactics in introducing the measure to grant autonomy to Ireland. The Premier in the course of a lengthy and powerful speech expressed his resolve of upholding without swerving the principle of autonomy.
