ASHBURTON K AGING CLUB AUTUMN MEETING. The following events were decided after we went to press yesterday : Harvest Handicap, of 30 sovs. One and a quarter miles. Mr M. Lemon’s b g Oliver Cromwell, 3yrs (Webster) 0 Quibble was first away, and led to tho mile posi, where the others went up to him, aud the lot ran in close order. Turning into the straight Quibble and Melville came away from tho other pair, and a good race between the leaders until reaching the distance, where Melville fell back beaten, and Quibble going on won comfortably by two lengths from Woe Roddie, who beat Melville by a similar distance.
