LIBERAL DISSENTIENTS.
Reconciliation.

The Liberal dissentients decline to vote for Home Rule, even as an abstract principle. The minimum majority against the measure is expected to be 41, and possibly it may amount to 100. Mr Chamberlain and Lord Haltington have been reconciled.
