Mr Chamberlain has jwritten a letter in which he expresses /iis conviction that the inhabitants of j Ulster are entitled to claim a separate autonomy, or at any rate the maintenance of their connection with Gfeat Britain. Should this not be conceded, they would be justified in resisting the authority of a ParneUite Parliament sitting in Dublin.
