Considerable complaint {and, we admit, not altogether without cause) having recently been made of the late delivery of this paper, wc have to say that entirely nr,a arrangements have just been entered into, to which more extended reference will be made in our issue of Monday, whereby the prompt and punctual delivery of the Guardian will in future be assured.
