BULBS. First race to start at 12 sharp. Three horses to start or no raee. Should any dispute arise, the decision ot Sports Committee to be final. All protests to be lodged within half an honr after the race, and to be accompanied by a deposit of 10 per cent of the value of the disputed stake, the said deposit to be forfeited should the protest prove frivolous. Five per cent will be deducted from all money payable for horse races by this programme, to defray expenses of th§ coarse. Holders of members’ tickets will be credited with 10s in entering horses lor one < aoe only. No horses, excepting those competing, to be ridden op the ground. • Admission—By member’s.
