The President will give a CUP, value £6 os, for most points in dancing, to be won twice by one competitor before becoming his property. BULKS. First race'to start at 12 sharp. Three horses to start or no race. Should any dispute arise, the decision of the Sports Committee to be final. All protests to be lodged within half an hoar after the race, and to be accompanied by a deposit of 10 per cent of the value of the disputed stake, the said deposit to be forfeited should the protest prove frivolous. , , „ ? Fire pet cent will be deducted from all money payable for horse races by this programme, to defray expenses of the course.
