All protests to be lodged within half an hoar after the race, and to be accompanied by a deposit of 10 per cent of the value of the disputed stake, the said deposit to be forfeited should the protest prove frivolous. , , „ ? Fire pet cent will be deducted from all money payable for horse races by this programme, to defray expenses of the course.
