SUPREME COURT.

Timaru, Yesterday. At the Sapreme Court, Albert Hoskins was charged with larceny.of L6los from the dwelling of John Bonghton at Geraldine. The accused was sentenced to 18 months' hard labor, there being two previous convictions against him. Henry Palmer, for maliciously wounding a cow, was also sentenced to 18 months. The only other business was the hearing of two divorce oases—Walker v Walker and Oovier v Qovier and Ponpert, roles nisi being granted in each. There was no appearance of respondents or co-respon-The husbands were petitioners in both oases. The civil business will be concluded by Judge Johnston at Christchurch.
