All races are confined to horses that have 1-een commonly resident in that portion of the old Mount Somers Road District, lying south of the North Ashburton river, from September 30th, 1886, and owned by a person who has resided in the said district during the same period. 2. J'o entry will be received except on condition that the decision of the Committee or whom they may appoint, will be final in all oases of dispute, or on all points in carrying out the programme 4.
