' Oonstantxkoplb , November 25. Acting in accordance with the request of the Porte and the Russian Government, the Powers proposed an armistice to King Milan, to which he agreed. He further offered to conclude peace with Bulgaria, but Prince Alexander declines to listen to overtures until the district around Widdin is evacuated by the Servians, and an indemnity fixed upon as compensation for the violation of the Bulgarian territory. k Repulsed.
