RULES AND REGULATIONS. 1. No entry will be received except on the condition that all disputes, claims, and objections arising out of the racing shall be decided by the Stewards, or whom they may appoint; their decision on all points connected with carrying out this, programme to be final. 2. Canterbury Jockey Club Racing Bales strictly adhered to. 3. a district horse shall mean any horse that has been commonly resident in the district lying between the rivers Selwyn and Waltaki from July 15, 1885, and up to the date of the forthcoming meeting, * nd owned by a person who has resided in he said district during the same period. 4.
