A cablegram has been received from the West Coast Bailway delegates to the effect that they are negotiating with a substantial syndicate, and hope to send details shortly. Wairarapa Fir e. Dunbdin, To-day. The Bingarooma leaves Wellington today for Gisborne, there embarking the Wairarapa’s passengers. The Wairarapa proceeds to Auckland and discharges her cargo, and then comes to Port Chalmers for repairs. The Union Co hold one-third of the insurance on the vessel, the balance is distributed in Home and Colonial Com panics.
