Public Notices SOUTH RAKAIA DOMAIN BOARD EMPOWERING BILL. Notice is hereby given, in accordance with the i-tanding Orders of the Hons© of the General Assembly, that it is intended during the pres- nt session to apply for the passing of a Bill to empower the, South llakaia Domain Board, by reaolu tion from time to time, to fix a fee of not exceeding one shilling for each person admitted to the Domain (being sections Nos. 21 to 30, Block V., on the map of the Chief Surveyor for the Canterbury district, as shown on map deposited with I the Bill), with an extra shilling for every horse or vehicle, and a further fee.of not exceeding ten shillings for each person* admitted to the grand stand or pavillion which may bo erected thereon, upon not more than six days in any one year, such days not being any Sunday, Queen’s Birthday, Prince of . Wales’s Birthday, Christmas Day, and the Ifith day of December, in every year ; and that any person who shall enter the said reserve, stand or pavillion upon any such days fixed in such resolution, without having paid the fee or charge fixed by the same, shall be liable to a penally not exceeding twenty shillings for each offence.
