London, June 4 It is reported that the British Government will, on the settlement < f the Afghan frontier, probably concede Akrobat, about 60 miles to the east of Zulfikar, to Russia. London, J ana 5. It is generally believed that an amicable settlement will be arrived at between England and Russia upon the Afghan frontier question, but negotiations will probably be protracted. The Nation questions the correctness of the report that the name of the Rev Dr Moran, Roman Catholia Bishop of Sydney, has been withdrawn from amongst the nominations for the new Archbishop of Dublin. Archbishop Groke has stated thet he feels confident that the Pope, whose decision is still withheld, will respect the wishes of the people of Ireland, and refuse to accept Ur Moran’s nomination.
