Saturday’s entry comprised 23 horses (most of of only medium qualities), out of which 14 were sold at the following prices, viz;—a team of 4 medium draughts on account of Mr MadWri Spencer brought L 45 5 medium draughts, of a rather better description, up to Ll 6 1 os; light harness horses L 4 to L6ss ; hacks, pretty good, L4s s to 5 a S e< * an , Inferior, L2 to La 10s. Sundries—Carriers waggon, Ll 6; double-seated buggy, secondhand, L2B; spring cart, Li 5; sewing machine and horse rear, L 9 10s. Landed property — Previous to the usual weekly sale 1 offered a number of town, suburban and other properties,

for which it was difficult indeed to obtain a bid, and only succeeded in selling one section at Tinwald, viz., 275, Graham street North, for Els. Privately, I sold lot 78, about H acre, facing the South-east Town Belt, for the mm of E3§ j and daring the month two lots, part bf the Grove Farm Estate, viz—Lot 1, containing 6 acres, at L 37 per acre, and lot 4, containing 7 acres a roods, also at L 37 per • acre.
