BULLOCK (in conjunction with Messrs Friedlander Bros.) has received instructions from Mr Thomas Greenaway, on account of his leaving for the North Island, to Sell by Public Auction at the Arcade, on Saturday, June 20, his Freehold Farms jAs follows, viz,, The Homestead, containing 87 acres, situated on the Wakanui Creek, about five miles from Ashburton, and within a few chains of the Elgin School and Post Office. This was an early selection. The land is some of the richest in the County, and the Wakanui Greek flows through the property. It is divided into five paddocks, with well grown live fences. There is an orchard of two acres, planted a number of years ago, also plantations.
