Mr Bryce has not yet decided whether he will go Home, but if not be will present himself for examination in Wellington. 'J he evidence has to reach London before November. Sensible Reform. The Minister of Justice will shortly submit to the Cabinet a proposal for the employment of shorthand reporters in the Supreme Courts.
