ASHBURTON - . --Yesterday. (Before His Honor Judge Ward.) In Bankruptcy. —Orders op Discharge. Tate, Rolaton and Anthony.—Mr Purnell, on behalf of Mr Branson, for the debtors. —His Honor said there was no- ' thing in the papers filed to show whether the bankrupts, resided or had resided in the district.—Joseph Tate, one of the d&i*~*' fondants, said he and Rolston bad resided in the Ashburton district for upwards of eight years, and Anthony had boon here ‘ >, sometime previously.—Order granted- , John Milllohaiiip.—Mr Purnell, on behalf of Mr Branson, for the debtor.—His Honor pointed out a similar discrepancy in the statements filed in this case.*—The • debtor said he had been resident ip the district three years.—Order granted. PUBLIC EXAMINATION. John Stribling- for public examination. —Mr Purnell, on behalf of Mr Branson, for the debtor—No creditors appeared, and the examination was declared closed. FBOBATB.
