The Education Board of the District of North Canterbury propose that the locality to the north-west of the Lismore School District, between the rivers Hinds and Bangitata, shall be formed into a now School District, to be called “ Upper Rangltata,” pursuant to the Education Act, 1877- The Board hereby 'calls a PUBLIC MEETING of the Householders of such locality, to be held at the house of Mr James Qoskerie, on Wednesday, the sixth day of May, 1885, at two o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of Electing a Committee snd considering the boundaries of the said proposed School District.
