SCHOOL DISTRICT OP UPPER BANGITATA. The Education Board of the District of North Canterbui-y propose that the locality to the north-west of the Liamore School District, between the rivers Hinds and I’angitata, shall be formed into a new School District, to be called “ Upper Rangitata,” pursuant to the Education Act, 1877.
